Mission Statement

The Nashua Innovation Center is a community for entrepreneurs that fosters learning from mentors, advisors, investors and fellow entrepreneurs and supports startups seeking to grow scalable businesses that advance innovation.

Board of Directors

Kristin Mendoza is a business attorney and the founder and principal of Millyard Tech Law in Nashua. Kristin has over 15 years of experience working with dynamic business owners, executive teams and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of business law matters, including entity formation, raising capital, mergers & acquisitions and executive compensation. She currently serves on the board of United Way of Greater Nashua.  She has also served as President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. Kristin is also a member of the 2008-2009 class of Leadership Greater Nashua.

Thomas Moran, P.E. is the founder / owner of Jump Start Manufacturing located in Nashua’s Millyard.  Jump Start Manufacturing has been offering expert manufacturing engineering, process development, machine design and validation services to customers in the U.S. for the past 10 years.  Tom’s network of subject matter experts assist clients in solving complex manufacturing problems.  The primary business is focused on the launch of Class 2 Medical Devices for US and international use. Tom has 35 years of engineering experience in addition to assignments in operations management and senior management for manufacturing corporations.  Tom is an active member of the community and in his local church.

John Phelan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Enterprise Bank. In his role, John is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients in the Southern NH market. He has a BS in Accounting and Finance from Southern NH University, and a MBA from Plymouth State University.  A resident of Nashua, John’s civic involvement includes being a Board member of The Youth Council, a member of the Rotary Club of Nashua West, and as a director for the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce. He also participates in the City of Nashua’s review and comment commission each year and is a graduate of the 2013 Leadership New Hampshire program.  In his spare time John enjoys home improvement projects, and outdoor activities such as mountain and road biking, camping and hiking.

Randy Prozeller spent most of his career with Abbott Laboratories serving as General Manager of the Infusion Therapy Division.  Randy has served on several corporate boards and was active on various committees such as the audit committee, the quality and regulatory compliance committee, and the planning committee.  He has also served on his local historical society board and was active for many years as a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Nashua. His “little brother” now has an engineering degree from the New England Institute of Technology.  Randy received a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Kartik Shah  is the co-founder of Skyscape (a mobile healthcare product company) and a partner at Mobiuso, LLC, a mobile consulting company. Previously, Kartik served as the CTO of Physicians Interactive Holdings. Kartik serves on the screening committee of the Tie Angels Boston group and is a mentor for young startups at Blueprint Health, a NY based accelerator. Kartik has served as a committee member of the TYE (Tie Young Entrepreneurs) program and was on the Life Sciences committee of TechSandBox, an incubator based in Hopkinton, MA. Kartik earned his M.S. in Computer Engineering from  USC, LA and B.E. in Electrical Engineering from India.
